Monday, January 24, 2011 | | The 7th KIDO (Kids Education Expo) was held on 19-23 January 2011, at the Convention Hall, Tunjungan Plaza III Surabaya. This annual event was a great success. As one of the participants, Surabaya Grammar School had the largest stand and was visited by hundreds of people. SGS was promoted by student performances of dance, drama, singing, Mandarin story telling and other activities from playgroup, kindergarten and primary students. These performances were very well received and appreciated by the audience.
SGS students also joined the choir and dance competitions. “Down At The Station” was performed by K-1 students and “It’s a Beautiful Day” was performed by P1, P2 and P3 students for the choir competition. “Waka-Waka” was performed by K-2 students and “Mickey” was performed by P2 and P3 students for the dance competition.
They enjoyed every single performance at this special event.
